We offer a transparent “pay as you go” approach, similar to hiring your own employees, but easier.  It is based on ongoing satisfaction and is invoiced monthly.

FAQs

CPG Sourcing operates on a transparent, fee-based model, meaning we charge for our time (i.e., man-hours) rather than taking commissions or adding margins to supplier pricing. Our clients purchase a set number of hours based on their needs, choosing from On-Demand Services or Monthly Sourcing Packages. This approach ensures cost predictability for our clients. 

  • On-Demand Services are best for one-off, non-repetitive projects or companies needing flexible, ad-hoc support. There is no monthly commitment.
  •  
  • Monthly Sourcing Packages provide a fixed number of hours per month (minimum 3 months) at a lower hourly rate, making them ideal for ongoing purchase order management, price benchmarking, and quality control. Packages range from 40 to 160+ hours per month—the larger the package, the lower the hourly cost.
  1. If more resources are needed long term: Upgrade to a larger package and get a better hourly rate.
  2. If more resources are needed unexpectedly and only for a short time: Purchase additional hours at overage rates.
  3. If more resources are needed unexpectedly for a new project or activity: On a Monthly Sourcing Package you have two options:
  • -Pause other, less urgent work until the next month when resources are replenished.
  • -Purchase additional hours at overage rates.

Our team will always provide regular updates on hours used so you can make informed decisions.

Yes! Any unused hours automatically roll over to the next month and can be used for up to three months.

No, our pricing is fully transparent—you only pay for the time we spend working on your sourcing needs. There are no markups on supplier pricing, no commissions, and no hidden costs. Any third-party expenses (e.g., factory audits, lab testing, or shipping) are approved by you first and then billed directly, with no CPG markup.
