Evan has been with China Performance Group since 1993. He performs a wide range of functions in this
position, including vendor relations, factory audits, supply chain analysis, product research and logistics. He
maintains a large network of contacts and relationships in different parts of China with a focus on constantly
improving the efficiency and quality of CPG’s services. Mr. Evan Xu is a well-known consumer goods sourcing
expert in China.

Fun fact: He’s been honing his culinary skills and is now a great cooking whiz!

Coral Li graduated from Langfang Normal University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and has a major in
International Project Management from the University of International Business and Economics.

Coral joined CPG in March 2011 and has over 15 years of extensive expertise in end-to-end sourcing and
procurement operations. She oversees the company’s full-cycle sourcing and procurement management,
supplier development and quality control system construction. She coordinates cross-departmental resource
allocation, optimizes procurement processes with a project management mindset, and creates customized
solutions for international clients. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she excels in cross-cultural business
negotiations and consecutive interpretation, and has rich practical experience in product research, supplier
management, order and logistics operations, as well as customer engagement.

Coral directly supervises your sourcing program & is responsible for your sourcing team’s performance.

Fun Fact: She’s recently become a devoted cat mom to a cream-colored British Longhair—spoiling this sweet
fluffball has now been added to her daily to-do list!

Mr. Zhang has been with CPG for over 29 years and manages the research and analysis department.
Mr. Zhang is proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and sales and marketing planning. He has
special experience in the field of machinery, building and construction materials, and environmental products.
He is fluent in English and his native language is Mandarin.

Fun fact: He’s recently unlocked a new Chinese wellness skill – practicing Baduanjin! It’s all about slow, mindful
movements that get every part of the body working in perfect harmony.

Jack graduated in 2011 from Henan Institute of Technology with a major in Design and Manufacturing of Mould.
He joined CPG in 2013. Jack leads our diligent quality assurance team of engineers and specialists. His work
ensures that ordered products meet the quality criteria confirmed by our customer. Jack works closely with the
sourcing and quality control teams to prevent quality problems.

Fun Fact: He’s equally obsessed with cold beer and ancient Chinese poetry—two passions that make
his downtime one-of-a-kind!

She graduated from Qingdao Oriental Foreign Language College, and her major is English. With over 15 years of experience in the foreign trade, she has developed extensive expertise in sourcing and procurement. She possesses a thorough understanding of international trade procedures and relevant regulations. 

Aurora joined CPG in 2021, she directly supervises your sourcing program and is responsible for your sourcing team’s performance. She sends you the Monthly Report. Her native language is Mandarin and fluent in English. She reports to Coral. 

Fun Fact: She’s a total foodie who loves whipping up new recipes and sharing delicious meals with loved ones, and she’s also a hiking enthusiast who’s always ready to hit the trails! 

Jane graduated from the Science and Technology of Nanchang University and majored in English. She has been working in international trade for more than 10 years and is good at purchasing, production monitoring and logistics arrangements for clients. 

Jane joined CPG in 2024, she directly supervises your sourcing program and is responsible for your sourcing team’s performance. She sends you the Monthly Report. She reports to Coral.

Dora graduated from XingTai University and majored in International Economics and Trade, and she joined CPG in 2022. She contributes on daily product enquiry, order management, price benchmarking, production monitoring, and logistics arrangement for different clients. She can speak both Mandarin and English. She reports to Aurora. 

Fun Fact: Dora loves carving up the slopes on skis and capturing life’s moments through her camera lens. 

Tami graduated from Baoding University of Hebei, and with a major in Business English.  

She has 4 years of experience in the foreign trade and international business. Tami joined CPG in 2023 and contributes on daily price inquiry, production monitoring and logistics arrangement. She reports to Jane. 

Fun fact: When she’s free, she’s either belting out songs, diving into games, or binge-watching movies—her downtime is always full of fun! 

Cindy graduated from Zhejiang Wanli University majoring in international economics and trade. She has seven years of working experience.  

Cindy joined CPG in 2024 and contributes on daily price enquiry, production monitoring and logistics arrangement for different clients. She reports to Jane. 

Outside of work, Cindy leads a busy and fulfilling family life, which she believes keeps her energized and well-organized in her professional career. 

Penny, an Applied English graduate from Henan Institute of Technology, joined CPG in 2024. She oversees product sourcing, supplier evaluation, order management, logistics management and market research, and boasts rich experience in supplier communication and management. She reports to Aurora. 

 Penny is currently learning cooking in spare time. She hopes to use her culinary skills to carefully prepare delicious dishes and bring delightful taste surprises to her family. 

Sen graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Canada. He has years of experience in sourcing server equipment and network appliances. 

Sen joined CPG in 2024 and contributes on daily price enquiry, production monitoring and logistics arrangement for different clients. He reports to Aurora.  

Fun fact: I learned to identify wildlife in Canada by their footprints – mostly so I could avoid moose on my way to work. 

Anna has a BA degree in Business English from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is familiar with the international trade process and has more than 15 years of experience in product development and sourcing.  

Anna joined CPG in 2025, she handles daily price enquiry, production monitoring and logistics arrangement for clients. She reports to Aurora. 

Fun Fact: Anna’s hobby is taking care of her rooftop garden. 

Hank graduated from Henan university of Technology with a major in Electrical Automation. He Joined CPG in 2022.  

Hank’s daily work covers the formulation, review and proofreading of product specification sheets, as well as the entire process of on-site inspection and factory audit. He has a solid theoretical foundation in quality control and rich practical experience, and can accurately control product quality and factory production specifications.

Fun fact: Hank’s two favorite pastimes? Curling up with a movie and casting a line for fish!
