Our Proven Process

Controlling the China segment of the supply chain is what most buyers want to do.  How to do it is the issue. Controlling a factory on the other side of the world is hard, especially with language and cultural barriers.

CPG has a Proven Process, with transparency at its core, which allows the buyer to control his supply chain through his own China team. The buyer manages the team, the team manages the process. The buyer uses this proven process to maintain direct and effective access to the suppliers. Knowing what is happening at all times and in the desired level of detail is what provides transparency.  This process has proven itself numerous times over a span of decades.
